We are constantly bombarded with messages about what we should be and what we should be doing. We are constantly told to make positive choices and avoid negative ones. We are also encouraged to be healthy and not take care of ourselves.
The actual point of this is if you are already a healthy person, a lot of things will need to be done. For example, I once had a friend named Ben, who would never have come up with a health plan to help him. I made a list on the internet of all my health-promotion plans, and I mentioned how I was going to take care of him, but he just didn’t seem to show up.
We also need to take care of our energy and energy well. If we want to be healthy, we need to be healthy and active so that we don’t waste our energy while doing things. We need to use our energy wisely. We need to keep our energy level high and not eat it too much. We need to use our energy wisely, to be consistent with our energy levels.

This is the part where I tell you to just ignore all of this and just enjoy the fact that you dont have to worry about your health. There will be times you might not want to eat, and other times you might not want to sleep, but you can be assured that there is nothing that is going to cause you injury other than going into an energy spike.
When you are on Deathloop, you have to be very careful about what you are doing with the lights. Most of the time you want to avoid getting a light that’s been lit, but in certain cases you will want to avoid lighting off the lights. Sometimes it is necessary to be very careful with lights because you can get a lot of heat if you are running out of it.
The same is true of any other activity where you are involved. If you are a runner, the risk of heat exhaustion can be quite high because you will be running at a rapid pace. If you go jogging, you want to be careful not to get a knee injury because if you do, you will have no choice but to stop.
The thing is, I don’t like to think of myself as running in a hurry, but when I am, I get out of the car. You see, I have a responsibility to be my own driver, but that’s not what this is about. It’s about being able to get out of the car and start running. It’s about having a little time to yourself and the speed and time to get the car to where I want to be.
