There are some awesome places to go in 2017, and we’re going to give you a list of 5 that we think are worth the time and effort to experience.

The things you can do right now can help your health. For example, drinking enough water can help your metabolism. Exercise can help your cardiovascular system. Eating food that’s not processed can help your digestion.
